Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any charges. However, no-shows and same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 100% of the service cost.
For late cancellations, the following charges will apply:
- Cancellations within 72 hours: 25% of the service cost
- Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the service cost
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 80% of the service cost
A non-refundable deposit is required for all new appointments, which will be applied to your remaining balance. Please note that the deposit is non-transferable in the event of a reschedule or cancellation. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be necessary to secure another appointment.*
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule to ensure fairness to other clients and our staff. In such cases, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
